Can I participate if I reside outside of the United States?

MyClanTemplate.com accepts affiliates from almost every country, and most of our affiliates are from across the globe. We only require you to have a PayPal account as a means of payment.

What products will I earn commissions on?

You will get commissions for ALL sales including website templates, phpNuke themes, Joomla templates and all new products we launch in the future.

Do you offer commissions statistics?

Yes. Once you've registered for our affiliate program, simply log into your affiliate account and check the "Statistics" page.

How are my sales tracked?

Affiliate links contain unique identifiers allowing us to "cookie" anyone coming from your web site. Over 99% of all Internet users have cookies enabled in their browsers (less than 1% of all users have their cookies disabled). Once our cookie is set it never expires. This means if someone came from your web site to ours, having purchased nothing, but then came back a few months later to make a purchase, you would still get your commission.

How much commission do you pay?

Affiliates earn 25% commission on all sales made via their affiliate link. 

When can I withdraw my earnings?

Earnings are paid automatically on the 1st of every month, funds will be transferred to the PayPal account provided when you registered.

Payment will only be triggered once your account balance has reached $50 or more.

What payment options do you offer?

At the moment the only means of payment we support for our affiliates is PayPal.

I don't have a website but I would like to join your affiliate program.

Sorry but our affiliate program is only open to people who can provide a genuine website address where they intend to display our links/banners.

What do I do if I've lost my Affiliate Program password?

There is a link to retrieve your password under the login box on our affiliates program main page. We will email your password to the email address you provided when you joined our affiliate program.
