MyClanTemplate is the largest provider of website templates for clan/gaming webmasters.

We offer high quality designs at very reasonable prices. We hope that you like the designs you see on our site and if you have any tips on improving the website or products please let us know.

I cannot modify the template what do I do?

If you cannot modify the template you can do a search on Google for html help forums and webmaster help sites where they might be able to assist you with your project, or you can let us help you with your project for a reasonable price, contact us with your requirements for a quote.

You can also seek help on good job sites where freelance web developers will bid on your project .

What can I do and not do with my template ?

You can:
- Build any website using the template in any way you like.

You cannot:
- Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
- Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content provider companies and individuals.
- Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).

What kind of free support can I expect from MyClanTemplate?

MyClanTemplate provides limited free support.

This means that we will answer questions if there are problems with the templates for example if you're unable to open the template, receive the wrong template, etc. We will also answer basic questions on how do i do this or that.

We also refer clients to find help on tutorial sites or forums related to the programs.

We also provide a services to modify templates or complete your entire project at reasonable prices, please contact us if you are interested in a quote.

When will I receive my template ?

Due to the amount of fraudulant orders we receive everyday we do not send out the templates automatically, this means that the templates will be sent during the hours that our offices are open 09:00-18:00 (GMT) During the hours that we are open the template will be sent within 1 hour or as soon as we received confirmation from either PayPal or 2CheckOut.If fraud is involved which can be wrongly entered information, different billing ip than location ip, call us to verify your order if you think it is taking to long.If you need your template fast you can call us at this number to see if we are open and available to send it right away:

I did not receive my template(s)

What do I receive when I order a template ?

After you complete the payment via our secure form you will receive an email with the template(s) or a confirmation email with link(s) to download the .zip(s).

The .zip file(s) contain all source files that are in the 'Sources Available' list on the preview page of the template(s) you ordered.

How do I unzip the Zip file?

You will need an unzipping tool to open the .zip archive. Windows users may visit www.HotScripts.com orwww.WinZip.com. Mac users may visit www.StuffIt.com.

What exactly is a template ?

A template is a premade design of a website. This means that most of the work is allready done. But off course not all the work is done, you still have to add your content, create more pages and insert any coding for dynamic features that your website may need.

The templates are provided the way you see them in the large preview and the sources available are only those you see in the 'Sources Available' list on the template preview page.

The major advantage of purchasing a template is price, you will get a high quality design for only $20-$40. You will not have to hire a web designer or external web design studio. The second advantage is time frame, it usually takes 3-5 days for a good designer to produce a web page of such quality.

What programs should I use to Open / Modify the template ?

HTML Templates must be edited with a HTML editor, HTML is can be edited with any text editor we prefer Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage would also work just fine.

PSD files open with Adobe Photoshop or any other program that can open a psd file and is needed to edit the HTML templates.

For Flash templates you must use Adobe Flash.http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/

I dont find the template I am looking for what should I do?

We can create the template for you, tell us exactly what you are looking for and if we think more clients can use the design we will develop the template and it will be available asap.

If not we can always create a custom design for you, contact us for a free quote.

How do I order from the site?

To order a template you can click either buy under the small preview or buy under the large preview to add the chosen item to your shopping cart, from there you can click checkout and fill out your information: email address (where the template will be sent to, make sure that this is a valid working email account!), phone number where we can reach you to confirm that you are aware of the purchase.

After you have submitted your order via the checkout page you will receive an email from us to confirm that we received your order, you will also be directed to either Paypal or the secured site from 2CheckOut.com to make payment for the item.

After we have received confirmation that the order has been paid for you will receive the item.

To checkout simply click the view shopping cart button or click on buy on any small preview to enter the shopping cart. Make sure all templates you need are in the shopping cart, you can remove and update your shopping cart at any time.

Do you sponsor clans?

Unfortunately due to the volume of requests we receive we cannot sponsor clans with free templates, hosting or custom design/coding work.
